Whether it’s a wedding, a milestone birthday, or just a good excuse to raise a glass: with us, it’s Caribbean, warm, and real — no stiff program, just a genuine vibe. When the weather cooperates (or even when it doesn’t), we move part of the party out to our covered courtyard terrace. Thanks to heat lamps, that works even on cooler nights. Inside or out, the same rule applies: good food, good drinks, good company, and nobody’s watching the clock.
